There, you'll discover a variety of resources covering suicide prevention, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, substance abuse, and more. We've also got information on safely storing prescription and over-the-counter medications, as well as firearms and ammunition. Additionally, we offer mental health referrals and guidance on reporting incidents through our safety tip line. Remember, if there's an immediate emergency, call 9-1-1.

    Now enrolling kindergarten students for our Dual Language Spanish Immersion Program at Emerson and Silver Lake elementary schools. Students learn in both English and Spanish, building bilingual, biliterate, and bicultural skills. Students in grades 5, 8, and 11 will also take the Washington Comprehensive Assessment of Science (WCAS). Testing schedules vary by school. Contact your student’s school for specific dates.     Enroll your kindergarten student NOW to get invited to orientation this Spring--event dates have been added! At our kindergarten orientation, you will learn about your child's school, meet the team and other families, learn about a day in kindergarten, ask questions, and make sure your child is registered for Everett Ready in August, and the first day of school.   • Updated 2024-25 School Calendar

    Spring is here, and we have an update to the 2024-25 school calendar! Two weather-related make-up days have been added, so the last day of school is now Friday, June 20, though this may change if more make-up days are needed. Schools closed on Thursday, June 19 in observance of Juneteenth. Reminder: Wednesday, August 27, is the first day of school for the 2025-26 school year—BEFORE LABOR DAY!
