• Transcript requests

    Are you a current senior working on college applications? An alum needing an official high school transcript? Or a student who needs an unofficial copy for auto insurance, driver permits, scholarships, or other purposes? Here is how to request your transcript.

    Alumni who graduated between 2022 and 2025

    Former students, including graduates from the Class of 2025, can request official transcripts through Naviance.

    Important: There is a different login link and process to access Naviance for alumni. Please follow the instructions linked above.  

     

    Graduates prior to 2022

    • Submit your official transcript request by emailing your school's transcript email address below.

    • Use your student email account and include your student ID number.

    • Please allow 2–3 business days for processing. Requests are not fulfilled over weekends or school breaks.

     

    Current students

    Current students can request transcripts through Naviance.

    • Follow the step-by-step instructions for current students to order your transcript.

    • Transcripts can be sent to colleges, universities, or for other needs.

    • Your school’s registrar will process your request and send the transcript as needed.

    Important Reminder:
    School counselors do not send transcripts directly to colleges.
    If you have questions about the Common Application, contact your school counselor.

     

    Requesting an unofficial transcript

    • Email the school-specific transcript email address below from your student email account.

    • Include your student ID.

    • Allow 2–3 business days for processing.

     

    Need to check high school credit earned in middle school?

    • Email your school-specific transcript email address below from your student email account.

    • Request the Middle School Credit Form and include your student ID.

    • Allow 2–3 business days for a response.
