We will have a group snack Monday-Thursday (Friday we get out a little earlier so we do not need snack time). Please send in easy healthy snacks for the whole class to help with their hungry tummies as you can. We will rotate months for bringing in snacks.
The months for girls to bring in snacks for our class are: September, November, January, March, and May.
Boys will be every other month in: October, December, February, April, June.
If you happen to find a great deal you are certainly welcome to send in snacks even if it is not your child's month. We have 24 students in class and have had great success with items like Goldfish and Cheese-it crackers, pretzels, raisins, pre-sliced apples, fruit snacks, baby carrots and so forth. Individually packaged items are preferred for ease of passing out, but not necessary. Please make sure the snack is free of all kinds of nuts to ensure all students can participate in snack time. If your student has any other allergies please make sure to alert me!
