Current students can request transcripts through Naviance

Students may also fill out a Transcript Request Form at the Registrar's Desk.

To order your transcript please provide the following information:

• Full first and last name used while attending Cascade High School.
• Date of birth.
• Graduation year or last year attended Cascade High School. 
• How many transcript copies requested.
• Where you want your transcripts sent.
• Phone number in case there is a problem with your transcript request.

Transcripts will ONLY be processed once a week during the summer.

Please allow 1 day for transcript requests to be processed and ready to be picked up or mailed.
