7th Grade Robotics

  • Welcome to 7th grade robotics ! This is a SEMESTER class. Students in this class will rotate to Art for their other semester.

     In this class we will be programming virtual robots (CoderZ). More information will be added here later, and students can access course information in Canvas.

    Free computer-aided-drafting (CAD) tool, great for practicing 3D design at a beginner's level. This is what we use for 3D modeling and 3D printing.

  • Robot EV3 Virtual Brick

    Robot EV3 Virtual Brick. This is a PAID site. This allows you to download a VIRTUAL robot to run the same programming that we do in class. This is NOT REQUIRED- just an awesome resource if you want to continue programming at home.

    You can download the programming software and program at home! (Unfortunately, you don't have a robot to command, but you can still practice!)

  • Google- CS First

    CS-First is a virtual "club" where you can learn computer science (coding, etc) using tutorials and videos. Each CS First club is based on a real-world theme and offers about 10 hours worth of lessons and activities. FREE.
