I am so excited to be your child’s teacher this year. This is my 9th year teaching in Everett Public Schools and my second year teaching 4th grade at Tambark Creek. I grew up in Michigan and attended Michigan State University. I moved to Washington with my husband after college and we now live in Bothell with our two boys, Lucas (5) and Isaac (2). Lucas will attend Tambark this year as a Kindergartener. I enjoy being outside, reading, camping, and cooking for my family. I can’t wait to learn more about my 4th grade Mountain Lions this school year.

I am looking forward to a year full of learning opportunities and growth. The 4th grade team will be working closely together to create a streamlined and organized distance learning experience. We will be using Canvas as our distance learning classroom. Through the Canvas platform you will find our daily schedule and links to any necessary learning tools. The first days of school will be used to help students navigate and feel comfortable in this new digital environment.
