    I'm Head Coach Phil Brandstetter; the 2018-19 season was my first campaign at Cascade, and I am assisted by Bryce Nara (2x WESCO Assistant Coach of the Year).

    If you are an incoming Freshman for the Fall, and interested in joining the team, we're excited to welcome you aboard!

    SUMMER WORKOUTS START May 28, 2024 AND WILL RUN THRU JULY 23!

    We will hold practices on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 7-8:30 am (starting late June) OR 5-6:30 pm in the Bruin Mat Room

    (located on the East Side of the Gym in the basement)

    First Practice Day of Winter Season 2024-25 will be November 18

    Make sure you complete your paperwork for the Athletic Office before attending Practice.
