I have been teaching for 38 years and I love it just as much now as I did my first year. I always love a challenge and make it my goal to learn something new each day and lend a hand to someone in need. This year I will begin my thirteenth year in the gym. I love it and continue to try really hard to learn everyone's name. This year we are going to concentrate on fitness and making every child responsible for their health. My family is very special to me. My daughter is 29 years old and teaches third grade in Tacoma.  This is her fifth year!!!  I wish her the best of luck and know she will love it. She got married December 22, 2019. It was fun to have so many family and friends share this occasion with us.  My son, Nolan, is 26 years old and living in Bothell.  He works for an enviornmantal company and loves what he does.   My black lab Carter continues to take up my free time. 

                          For the next six weeks, it would be fun to keep an activity journal to help you keep active for at least 60 minutes a day.
