Hello! The 2019-2020 school year will be my thirteenth year at Cedar Wood and I have over 25 years of teaching experience.  I have taught every grade from first through 8th (along with a summer school program that included high school age students). I am a graduate of the Everett Public Schools and have to admit to a little bit of bias, however, I do believe this is the best district anywhere. I received my teaching certificate from Western Washington University, Masters Degree from City University and I am a National Board Certified Teacher.

My oldest son graduated from Everett Public Schools, and is now attending WWU, while my youngest will begin his high school career at Cascade High School.   Whenever I can, I love to spend time with my family. They keep me very busy when I'm not at school! We enjoy going to movies, watching sports, and the beach. When I have alone time, my favorite thing to do is to head to the gym for strength training, or curl up with a good book.
