Hello!I am excited about the opportunity to teach 5th Highly Capable for the 2023-2024 school year. This year will be my seventeenth year at Cedar Wood and I have over 30 years of teaching experience. I have taught every grade from first through 8th (along with a summer school program that included high school-age students). I am a graduate of Everett Public Schools and I believe this is the best district anywhere. I received my teaching certificate from Western Washington University, a Masters' Degree from City University and I am a National Board Certified Teacher.

Both of my boys graduated from Everett Public Schools and my youngest is beginning his first year of college at the University of Arizona.  I love the ocean, coffee, Seahawks and spending time with my family and friends.
