I've been teaching math in Everett Public Schools since 2002. I started at Sequoia High School in the Fall of 2016 after teaching middle school for 14 years.  I taught at North Middle School from Fall 2009 - Spring 2016.   I taught at Gateway Middle School for 5 years and at Heatherwood Middle School as a math facilitator/coach for two years with teachers.

I received my Bachelor degree from Brigham Young University and my Master's Degree from Walden University. I am also a National Board Certified teacher. I've been married since 2008 and have two kids who bring me so much joy.   In my free time I enjoy scrapbooking and other crafts, movies, socializing, and enjoying nature. I love going on walks and hikes with my family.

I love working with kids of all ages and I do my best to make my classroom a welcoming environment where kids feel safe and successful.

Please contact me anytime if you have any questions or concerns regarding your student.
