Transcripts

    Students can access their transcripts and place an order through Naviance 2 ways:

     

    1.   Current Students - Order transcripts through Naviance using these instructions

    2.   Alumni -  Order an official transcript for a college or university through Naviance using these instructions to access your account.

     

    If you do not have a Naviance account, you can request a transcript through the office by following the instructions below:

     

    Send Transcript requests via email to: SequoiaRegistrar@everettsd.org

    Fax transcript requests to: 425-385-5102

     

    To order your transcript please provide the following information:

    • Full first and last name used while attending Sequoia High School

    • Student ID number (if known)

    • Date of birth

    • Copy of ID - driver's license, state ID card, military ID, passport
    • Graduation year or last year attended Sequoia High School

    • How many transcript copies requested?

    • Where you want your transcripts sent?

    • Phone number in case there is a problem with your transcript request
