Students can access their transcripts and place an order through Naviance 2 ways:
1. Current Students - Order transcripts through Naviance using these instructions.
2. Alumni - Order an official transcript for a college or university through Naviance using these instructions to access your account.
If you do not have a Naviance account, you can request a transcript through the office by following the instructions below:

To order your transcript please provide the following information:

Full first and last name used while attending Sequoia High School

Student ID number (if known)

Date of birth
- Copy of ID - driver's license, state ID card, military ID, passport

Graduation year or last year attended Sequoia High School

How many transcript copies requested?

Where you want your transcripts sent?

Phone number in case there is a problem with your transcript request
