First Day of Practice Information:
Practices will happen each weekday from 2:30-4:30 pm. We will meet on the track, unless the weather is vile, in which case we will meet in the main gym. Paperwork must be completed before you can turn out. Any paperwork questions need to go through Mrs. Rhonda Covert in the front office.
Things to remember:
1. Practice starts at 2:30 pm. Show up ready to go. This means showing up with your running/throwing clothes on, but also bringing clothing to keep the weather at bay: sweat pants, sweatshirt or fleece, a stocking cap and some kind of rain gear are my recommendations. Bring a combo lock if you need to stash gear in the locker room.
2. Bring your own water bottle.
3. Phones get in the way during practice. Most of the time you should plan to stash them in your locker.
