  • LLamar the Llama is my office mascot who "LLOVES TO LLAUGH WITH LLANGUAGE".  Jokes and puns are a great way to practice higher level language comprehension.  I will be adding new jokes to this section weekly. 

    Share the jokes with your students (or, students...share the jokes with your parents!) and talk about why they are funny. 

    Some commonly used language forms that make jokes funny or clever include Multiple Meaning Words, Idioms, Alliteration, and even unusual spellings (ask your students what they notice about the heading of this page).
