2nd Semester Schedules

  • Class schedules and teacher assignments for second semester are now available! 
     
    Families can access this semester 2 schedule information by logging in to ParentVUE 

    • Each parent/guardian should have already received an activation email to set up their ParentVUE account. 

    • Once the account is activated, parents/guardians can log in to see their student’s information.   

    • To log in to ParentVUE, click here. 

    • If you are having trouble activating your account, please submit a HelpDesk ticket.  

     

    Students can view their semester 2 class schedules by logging in to StudentVUE 

    • Returning students need to select “Sign in with SSO,” which will prompt them to log in with their student ID and district password.  

    • Students new to Everett Public Schools must first sign in on a district-issued device to activate their account before they can access StudentVUE.

    To View Semester 2 Schedules: 

    • Click Class Schedule from the menu. 

    • Toggle to Semester 2 (upper right above student’s schedule).

Schedule Corrections

  • 1st semester ends on 1/22/26.  Please see our 2nd Semester Schedule Change/Correction process below.

    Schedule Changes will only be made for the following reasons:

    1. Missing a graduation requirement
    2. Already received a credit for this class
    3. Do not have the pre-requisite or skill level for this class
    4. Previously failed with this teacher
    5. Want to add an AP course

    When will I get my new schedule?
    Check StudentVUE each morning to see if you have a new schedule. Continue attending the class to which you were assigned until you see the change online. 

    All changes will be made in the order received. Counselors will only notify students if the request cannot be accommodated
