I got my education at Central Washington University where I earned a Bachelor's of Arts in Health/Fitness Education K-12 and a Bachelor's of Science in Exercise Physiology.  I earned my Master in Education and Curriculum from Antioch University.  I have been teaching eleven years for Everett School District.  Along with my passion for teaching, I love hanging out with my family, taking in the outdoors, running, playing soccer, and being physically active.
