Mrs. Beavers First Grade!

Welcome to Room B4's web page!  First-grade is always a fun and exciting year as children feel more comfortable at school and continue making lasting friendships.  I am excited that your child is in my class this year, and I am looking forward to a year of learning and growing.  Teaching children to love learning new skills, asking curious questions, and to never give up has always been a passion of mine (since the age of 12, and I could babysit on my own).  I attended Seattle Pacific University for both my Bachelors and Master’s Degree in Reading and Language Arts.  I have 28+ years of teaching experience, mostly in the primary grades (K-2)!  I am happy to be a part of the Woodside Elementary Community.  Feel free to contact me at any time.
