I am so excited to work with your amazing 1st Graders and help them grow.

My name is Ms. McKeon and I am new to Emerson Elementary this year! I graduated from Western Washington University with my Bachelor's in Language, Literacy, and Cultural Studies. I was in the Elementary Education program and recieved my teaching certificate with an endorsement in elementary education, reading, and English Language Learners.

I am very passionate about making sure that the classroom is a safe, welcoming, and caring place for learning and growth. Part of that comes with communication and teamwork with families! So feel free to reach out for any reason!
