• CHS Facility Usage 

    Please use the following process for facility usage requests. Start by checking the calendar to find an available date for your event. Once you have a date, fill out the online facility request form. After submitting the form, you will receive a confirmation email, and I will be automatically notified. Once the request is processed, the designated advisor will receive a confirmation that the facility has been scheduled.

  • Facility Use Calendar

    This calendar will show you all the current scheduled events with locations and times for your reference when scheduling your event! Select Cascade High for location, then select the filter button to only view facility usage for CHS.

  • Facility Request Form

    Use this link to submit a request to use facilities at Cascade High School. Make sure to complete all fields and be detailed if any custodial support/ equipment is needed.
