I graduated from Washington State University in 1999 and began my teaching career at Madison Elementary.  In 2004 I moved to Vancouver, WA and continued teaching elementary.  When I moved back in 2013, I was thrilled to return to Madison. 

I have been teaching since 1999.  Over the years I had the opportunity to teach grades second through fifth.   I enjoyed teaching each of those grades, but I like new challenges and opportunities for growth.  So, when the chance came along, I accepted the opportunity to become the librarian and follow my passion for inspiring reading.
