    Welcome to room B109!

    I am Mrs. Fox and I am part of the wonderful kindergarten teaching team at Jefferson. It is my second year at Jefferson, and my seventh year teaching kindergarten. I am looking forward to spending the year with your students!

    Each year, I have several goals I hope to accomplish. My first goal is to leave each child at the end of our year with a love for learning. As a lifelong learner myself, I hope to instill the same habits within my students - a curious brain, a growth mindset, and a passion to be better each day. My second goal is to make sure that the learning we do here is fun! We will explore animals, write about our friends and family, read about our community and different jobs, learn how to be a great friend to ourselves and to others, and so much more! Together, we will work to develop the social, emotional, and academic skills necessary to grow and thrive here in class, as well as at home. I am very excited to have your student in my class this year - it is a great year to learn!
