What I do: Help children improve their communication skills.  

How I got there:

I am a University of Washington Husky. In 1979 I began my career as a Communication Disorder Specialist in the Everett School District. Jefferson has been my home since 1981.  I plan to retire on 9/30/13.

My advice to my students or those served:

Work hard but always have time for fun.

Things that make me smile:

My favorite people are in my family: Mark, Jess, Brian and Ben.

I love to visit beaches, work in my garden and go for walks.

We just adopted a new grey tabby kitten named Sophie.

Favorite thing about Jefferson:

Jefferson has been my home and family for the past 32 years. It has been a pleasure serving the Jefferson children and families over the years.

Next:

Now it is time to start on a new adventure. We have a motor home which we will keep in Newport Beach, California for the winter. Ahhhh Retirement!
