🦏 Hello First Grade Chargers! 🦏

 Welcome first graders and families!  I am excited to start a new school year with you.  This year marks my twenty-third (wow!) year in education.  I have a bachelor's degree in elementary education (University of Alaska Anchorage) and master's degrees in early childhood education (University of Alaska Southeast) and educational administration (National University).  As a military spouse, I have taught in four different states and in grades pre-k through fifth.  I love teaching first grade and am passionate about teaching reading! 

I am so excited for this school year, it's going to be a great one!  Students with chromebooks at home can log on to the quick links on this page or Canvas to access enrichment and extra practice at home.

Language Services:
