Welcome to my web page!

I hope you are settling into our new way of living and learning. I want to be sure that you know how you can reach me, and how you can access other resources that may be available. In addition to my teacher web page, it is my goal to use email and Canvas to share updates and resources. My goals are to provide you with learning opportunities that are engaging, keep us fresh on concepts that we work on, and introduce new ideas to keep us moving forward. 

 During our remote learning time, the main method I will use to communicate with students is Canvas. Along with participating in our Canvas activities, I would like to encourage students during the week to keep up their i-Ready reading and i-Ready math.

         Here at Penny Creek we are committed to making a positive difference in the lives of every one of our students. We place a strong emphasis on academics as well as ensuring that our school is a safe and caring place where all of our students can learn and grow. I attended Washington State Univeristy where I earned my Bachelor of Arts Degree, and I obtained my Masters Degree at Western Washington University. I look forward to working together as a community of learners.
