Hello, Rhino families, My name is Ms. Ortiz-Self (most students call me Ms. Ortiz) Although, I have been in the Everett School District for many years, this is my fourth year at Jefferson Elementary.

 

I  graduated from Drake University with a Masters degree in Public Administration and a second Masters degree in Counseling. I have worked across child serving systems on behalf of children and families, and am passionate about making sure that all children reach their highest potential. 

 

I look forward to working with you and your child to maximize your students academic success. I know these are unprecedented times. Virtual classrooms are a unique challenge gratefully, our children are resilient and together we will get through this. Virtual or in person we are all part of the Jefferson family.
