Canvas

All students and parents will be able to access any assignment through my Canvas Page for their separate class periods. Information on expectations, contact information, band handbook, Sound Innovations, performances, grading policy, and instructions on how to submit assignments will be updated through Canvas as the year goes on.

In addition, monthly newsletters will be emailed out with what to expect for the month. As well as reminders through Instagram, this will be an interactive website for both students and parents, and will also cut down on the amount of emails you will be receiving! Nicole Finkle is in her fifth year teaching band at Eisenhower Middle School, and seventh year overall. Mrs. Finkle received a BA in Music Education from Western Washington University and recently completed her Masters in Music Education from Adams State University. She believes that even though learning an instrument takes determination and practice, it is a rewarding experience, and she wants your students to have fun as they try something new. In her spare time, Mrs. Finkle enjoys hiking, playing her trombone, and weightlifting. She is very excited for the new school year to start and cannot wait to start making music!
