The science curriculum that your child will be experiencing is based on the most recent state and district learning requirements and materials that are aligned with these standards. The instructional strategies used are designed to provide your child with a variety of learning experiences in inquiry science. Success in middle school is based on organization and the support of parents and teachers in each child’s learning. I have outlined the basic expectations and procedures for my classroom that are designed to promote success. I would like to thank you all, in advance, for your patience as we work to create opportunities for students to maintain science related skills while schools buildings are closed over the next several weeks.
