Please visit http://www.everettsd.org – hover over the Parents tab and select Parent Resources – One Stop.  The first Key Resource as they scroll down the page is the link for Family Tech Support.  Click there and they will be taken to a page that has answers to some of the commonly asked questions.  If they need to speak to a tech or Help Desk they need to fill out the Technology Help Request Form.  The link is under the picture.
