Welcome and I am excited to be your students teacher this year! This will be my thirteenth-year teaching and my fourth year at Heatherwood Middle School.  I received my bachelor's degree in Biology and my Masters of Education from Southern Oregon University. My wife teaches first grade at Cedarwood Elementary.  I have three daughters at home!  Mia is full of energy and is going into the 2nd grade and Brynlee is extremely kind and going into the 5th grade.  I also have a 7 month old baby named Lila!  She is crawling everywhere, and we couldn't be more excited about the new addition to our family.  I will be taking Paternity leave until after winter break.  I am lucky enough to have Mrs. Beck taking my classes during my leave.  I will miss starting the year with your students but know they are in good hands, and I look forward to finishing the year with your students!
