Greetings!! The 2019-2020 school year is my fourth year at Heatherwood and my twenty-second year in the Everett district. Prior to transferring to Heatherwood in 2016, I spent six years teaching Earth, life and physical sciences at Evergreen Middle School, followed by twelve years teaching Physics and Coordinated Science at Cascade High School. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology with a minor in Natural Sciences and a Master of Education degree, both from the University of Washington. I have also done a significant amount of post-graduate work at the UW and Seattle Pacific University in physics, Earth science and technology integration. Although I am passionate about science, I am excited to be teaching technology full time this year!
You may monitor student progress by using the portal for online grades. There you can request that grades or alerts be emailed to you.

More information will be added during the school year. If you have questions, comments or concerns, please email me anytime: LAnderson@everettsd.org.
