Rafting on a Red Blood Cell Vacation Video (Flipgrid) activity begins on May 5th. The guidelines and planning sheet will be found in Google Classroom Classwork. Students may work with a partner or complete individually. During May 5th Science Class Zoom times, we will go over how to complete this activity. The video will be between 30 seconds to 2 minutes and will show how the events of how oxygen and nutrients enter the circulatory system. They will continue to show how the red blood cell picked them up to take them to a body cell where they undergo cellular respiration and convert to energy. Finally, they return to the red blood cell and journey back out of the circulatory system and exit through the respiratory system. Students can add fun things that happen on vacations.
