    What is Memorial Day?

    Memorial Day is an American holiday, observed on the last Monday of May, honoring the men and women who died while serving in the U.S. military. 

    Let's Get Started!

    Supplies:

    paper

    pencil and eraser

    sharpie

    paint or markers or colored pencils

    Step One: Using a pencil and the drawing guide, draw your Eagle with the flag in the background. you will want to draw lightly so that you can easily erase when needed. You don't need to do the shading part. This is a tricky drawing, just do your best!

    Step Two: Trace everything with a Sharpie and erase all pencil lines.

    Step Three: Choose how you want to complete your project. I chose to paint!
