    Welcome to Robotics/Engineering/CAD.  I am going to miss seeing you in the 3D.....my class is so much about the 21st Century skills.  I am going to try and make as many opportunities for us to gel so we can get to know each other better.  It is very important that if you have a question about the work that you ask.  I am new to Canvas this year so it may take me a bit of time to work out the kinks.  

     

    6th grade students:  You need LEGOs.  If you don't have any come by Heatherwood 9/8 from 2:00-6:00 pm and you will be given a bag.  

     

    6th/7th/8th grade students please plan on attended a Zoom meeting either 9/9 or 9/10 during your class period.  You will find the zoom link on this page   You must attend at least one of these meeting to be counted as an enrolled student.  You will NOT received an invite.  Please use the link labeled ZOOM LINK.

It is hard to believe but this is year number 23 for me under that title "teacher".  I still remember that first year....I was so nervous and stuck out in a portable in Marysville.  I spent 10 years at Gateway Middle School teaching math and science.  When I came to Heatherwood I began teaching science full time.  As staff members moved about I was lucky enough to move into the STEM program.  I love what I do and I want the kids to see how many exciting fields of work there are for STEM minded folks like us.
