Transcript Request

Alumni
Former students can request transcripts by completing the Everett Public Schools – Alumni Transcript Request Form to submit the request.

- Requests will be reviewed, and an email response sent within 48-72 hours.
Current students
College transcript requests can be submitted by logging into Naviance.
- Follow the step-by-step instructions for current students video to submit your transcript request.

- Your school’s registrar or school counselor will process college transcript requests based on your application type. (Direct to college or Common App)
Requesting an unofficial transcript
- Students needing unofficial transcripts for auto insurance, driver permits, scholarships, or other purposes.
- Email the ehstranscript@everettsd.org from your student email account and include your student ID.
- Please allow 48-72 hours for processing.
Add or remove middle school credits to high transcript
- Students and families can request eligible courses to be removed from their high school transcript by emailing ehstranscript@everettsd.org to request the Middle School Credit Form.
- Include student’s full name and student ID
- Eligible courses can be removed prior to the end of the student’s 11th grade school year.
- Please allow 48-72 hours for processing.
