About Girls Bowling:

Girls JHS Bowling is a great fun way for girls to connect with other girls and have a good time. We are friendly and always supportive of our teammates. Join JHS girls bowling for a great time and lots of new friends!

In a match, there are 3 games. Each girl bowls in at least one game in the match. 7 players per team - bowl 5 a game and sit 2 (they rotate each game)

It is recommended that you own your own bowling ball and shoes. Coach Danny can help you figure out what weight ball to get during the upcoming season so no need to stress before the season starts! ~ Brunswick Lanes (our home alley off of 164th) has a pro shop where you can buy a ball. The pro shop has packages for JHS girls bowling so it is cheaper to buy there.

How to Join!

Pre-season meeting - October 17th in the Career Center right after school ~ under 30 minutes
There is no minimum bowling average to join the team
Girls bowling IS a cut sport and a physical is required to play
Try-out dates are October 29th and 30th 2:30-4:30 ~ You need your own transportation
It is a paid sport and an ASB card is required
