Welcome to Mrs. Borden's Webpage.

This will be my 20th year teaching and my fourth at JHS and the Everett School District. I am really looking forward to a fantastic year. Just to give you a little information about me.  I attended Seattle Pacific University and earned my B.S. in biology.  I then continued my education at Pacific Lutheran University and earned my Master's in Education.  Since 2009, I have been a National Board certified teacher. I have spent the past four summers continuing to connect with the scientific community by helping to design science curriculum at Institute for Systems Biology in Seattle. Currently, I attend an online Master's in Biology program through Clemson University with the hope of graduating in the summer of 2023.  This year I will be teaching AP Biology and Biology and the Environment. When I am not working, I like to spend as much time as I can with my three dogs and my husband of 18 years. I am really looking forward to a fantastic year. Go T-Wolves!
