• JHS Instrument Check-Out/Rental

     

    We have a limited number of rental instruments available through the school for students to check-out or rent each year. The process will start in-class and will require a form to be filled out, along with fee paid.

    The instrument you are checking out is in excellent playing condition. You are expected to maintain the instrument in its present condition. You are responsible for any damage, theft or loss involving this instrument until it has been properly checked back in by Mr. Lundquist. YOU will be held accountable for damage even if someone else causes it. Upon return of this instrument at the end of its use, the teacher will inspect the condition. Additional fees will be imposed if it requires extensive repair beyond normal wear and tear.

     
    Fee: $120 use fee covers the instrument maintenance costs.  

    Payment and Distribution - Pay at the ASB office and show the receipt to Mr. Lundquist.

    If financial assistance is required, please let the ASB secretary know. Students may qualify to have the fee waived.
