Monday, 2:30 - 5:00 PM

Thursday, 2:30 - 5:00 PM
Friday, 2:30 - 4:45 PM
Saturday, 10:00 - noon

Boys Swimming:  Practices begin Monday, November 18, 2023.  
Practices are M-F, 2:30 - 4:00 PM.

Practice is held at West Coast Aquatics (15622 Country Club Dr., Mill Creek, WA 98012).

There is a swim shuttle that takes swimmers from JHS to West Coast Aquatics right after school.

Boys Dive:
We encourage athletes to participate in our dive program.  Dive practice is held at Mariner High School and district transportation is not available.


Girls Bowling:  Tryouts begin Monday, November 4.
Monday: 3:00 - 5:00 PM
Tuesday: 3:00 - 5:00 PM
Wednesday: 3:00 - 5:00 PM
Thursday: 4:00 - 5:00 PM

Wrestling:  Practices begin Monday, November 18, 2024.

Friday, 2:30 - 5:30 PM  

On Fridays there will be a study table during LIF from 1:00 - 2:00 PM.  Any student who will not have a ride back to school on Fridays is expected to stay in study hall.
