Minutes from 2009-2010:
November 24th - First meeting: discussed what the club officers have been doing to work with the school in terms of launching bottle recycling programs, laid out structure of meetings, and answered questions.
December 1st - Decided to have a fundraiser for the club, decided on having Green Tips of the Week, and discussed Wall of Fame photos.
December 8th - Finalized plans for community service and awareness (see "Upcoming Events") and discussed membership requirements. If you have NOT yet attended a Project Green meeting, you MUST attend one before winter break or e-mail us if you cannot attend. We need to finalize membership lists!! Green tips of the week will begin next week.
January 5th - Showed members the letter for donations. Each member must fundraise at least $10 by the semester. If you do not want to fundraise, please make your own donation to the ASB office. The letter will be sent out via email to all members and will be available on the website under the 'What We're Working On' section. We have assigned 5 people to work on the project green showcase.
