2025 Summer Athletic Activities

Eligibility to participate in Summer Programs:
- Athletes must register in FinalForms for the sport(s) they want to participate in during the summer.  finalforms.com

-  Non High School Athletes attending youth camps do NOT need to register in finalforms,
but they will need to complete the Youth Activity Waiver.  

- Athletes must have a current physical uploaded to FinalForms and it must be good through the entire summer program (July 31, 2025).

- Athletes must be cleared through the school nurse to determine if a health plan is needed.
