The Aerospace Joint Apprenticeship Committee (AJAC) is a Youth Apprenticeship Program designed for high school students 16 years and older to develop career-ready skills in the aerospace and advanced manufacturing industries. This is a no-cost program to qualified participants. Upon completion, students will receive industry-recognized journey-level certification as a Production Technician.
Everett Public Schools has a direct partnership with AJAC and we will be signing up students this spring! See our students in action: Breaking the Mold
Youth Apprentices will receive:
- Dual credit from their high school and tuition-free college credits from Everett Community College
- Paid on-the-job training (part-time) and college-level classroom instruction
- Industry recognized journey-level certification as a Production Technician
- 1:1 mentorship
