     Current seniors, need transcripts for college applications?

     

    Requests need to be made in Naviance. 

    The JHS Registrar will process your request and submit the transcript within 3-5 school days. During the summer, transcripts will be processed on Mondays only.

    PLEASE NOTE: Counselors do not send transcripts directly to colleges. Please review college webpages that often have helpful guides for applying, including through the Common Application.

     

    Need an UNOFFICIAL transcript for auto insurance, driver permits, scholarships, or anything else?

    Please make your request to: JHSTranscripts@everettsd.org.

    Use your student email account to ask for your Unofficial Transcript. Please include your student ID# in the subject line of your request. 

    For all transcript requests, please confirm: Full name while attending JHS, date of birth, graduation/exit year, and student ID (if you have it).

    (Allow 2-3 business days for your request to be processed. Requests will not be filled over weekends or school breaks.)

     

    Jackson alumni needing an official high school transcript for college?

    Graduates of JHS 2020-2023:

    Please make your request in Naviance. Since you can’t access Naviance with student credentials, instructions for alumni can be found here: Creating Alumni Login.

    Graduates of JHS Prior to 2021:

    Please email JHSTranscripts@everettsd.org and include: Your name while attended JHS, Graduation Year and Date of Birth.

    (Allow 2-3 business days for your request to be processed. Requests will not be filled over weekends or school breaks.)

     

    Need to check on high school you completed in middle school?  

    Reach out to JHSTranscripts@everettsd.org from your student email account to ask for your Middle School Credit Form. Please include your student ID# in the subject line of your request.
