• JHS REGISTRATION INFO FOR 2026-27 CLASSES
     
    VIDEOS:
    On February 24, 2026, during a special registration PACK Time, JHS students will view the JHS Registration Video & How to Request Courses Video (videos coming soon!)
     
    High School Course Options (Advanced Placement, College in the HS, Running Start) Video
     
    PAPERWORK & GRADE LEVEL EMAILS:
    Each student will receive an email (Registration Instruction Sheet Email) with the links to our pre-registration paperwork: the next year Course Catalog, directions about how to find their transcript/credit information, 5th period Registration Advisory Schedule, helpful paperwork, etc.

    5th period REGISTRATION ADVISORY MEETINGS:  
    Each student will meet with their JHS Counselor during a specified 5th period Registration Advisory Meeting (5th period Advisory schedule will be posted after mid-winter break) through March. These meetings allow students to get their individual questions answered, review their course plan, to talk about credits, etc. Students will receive their advisory date/time on February 24.
      
     
    REQUESTING YOUR CLASSES ONLINE: 
    From February 24 - March 23, students will be able to log in to Synergy to indicate their next year course plans and alternates. Students will be provided directions regarding how to register for classes within Synergy. The ability to add 2026-27 classes in the Home Access Center will close on March 23 at 11:59 PM.

    February TBD - Heatherwood students receive Pre-Reg lesson from the JHS Counselors  

    February 26 - Gateway students receive Pre-Reg lesson from the JHS Counselors

    Family Night:  

     March 5 at 6:30pm - 8th Grade Family Night at JHS (gym)
     

    Day #2:

    March 12 (Wednesday) - Heatherwood families are scheduled for Transition Meetings to review & turn in pre-reg paperwork

    March 18 (Tuesday) - Gateway families are scheduled for Transition Meetings to review & turn in pre-reg paperwork
