1. Are you interested in attending or continuing to attend an Everett Public School? Learn all about school transfers (variances). To submit a school transfer request for Everett Public Schools, please submit through the Online School Transfer Form Application. If you are a nonresident requesting to attend in Everett Public Schools, you must first submit a request for release from your resident school district.
or2. Are you a resident of the Everett Public Schools district, but wish to attend a school/program outside of the district? Learn about district choice. To be released from the Everett School District, please submit through the Choice Transfer Request Portal.
Our Application Acceptance Timeline for Everett Public Schools opened on January 3rd and ended on June 1st for the 2022-2023 school year. Parents/guardians submitting transfer requests that are received after the June 1st deadline until the first day of the academic year will be reviewed after the school year commences. The principal will review late applications by the end of the first week of the start of the school year. Applications for transfers for the 2022-2023 school year will be reviewed until March 31st, 2023. No new transfer requests for the 2022-2023 school year will be accepted after that date unless there is a recent change in the resident student's address.
**The School Transfers Department does not process enrollment, records requests, registration or withdrawals for Everett Public Schools. If you are in need of such a request, please contact your student's current or previous school for that request to be processed. If you are a new student to Everett Public Schools, please follow the steps for enrollment under the PARENTS tab and Enrollment Information. Please note schools are currently on summer break with most returning at the start of August 15th. Summer hours are listed on each school's individual page.**
