Description

Cascade HS Building 2: removing the existing roofing materials and replacing them with new to code roofing materials on building 2 (approximately 50,000-52,000 SF in size).

Penny Creek ES: includes complete tear off of the existing roofing materials, and installation of new ½” plywood, ice and water shield, synthetic underlayment, asphalt shingles, sheet metal flashing, gutters, and downspouts. 

North Satellite Bus Facility: includes complete tear off of the existing roofing materials, and installation of new ice and water shield, synthetic underlayment, modified bitumen roofings, sheet metal flashing, gutters, and downspouts.

Updates

February 11, 2025 
Cascade HS: the design team, a structural engineer and a hazardous material testing company has completed their onsite inspection, and we are awaiting their report on the existing roof condition and scope of the necessary work. 

Penny Creek ES: the district, with the architect, roof consultants and Wayne’s Roofing has completed investigation removal of areas of the roof to determine the scope of work for the upcoming summer. It has been determined necessary to overlay the existing sheathing. The architect is working on finalizing the bid documents.
