Description

Penny Creek ES: includes complete tear off of the existing roofing materials, and installation of new ½” plywood, ice and water shield, synthetic underlayment, asphalt shingles, sheet metal flashing, gutters, and downspouts. 

North Satellite Bus Facility: includes complete tear off of the existing roofing materials, and installation of new ice and water shield, synthetic underlayment, modified bitumen roofings, sheet metal flashing, gutters, and downspouts.

Penny Creek ES: The district is finalizing contract documents, and the project is set to commence June 23, 2025.  

North Satellite Bus Facility: Permit has been issued and work is underway.

February 11, 2025 
Penny Creek ES: The district, with the architect, roof consultants and Wayne’s Roofing has completed investigation removal of areas of the roof to determine the scope of work for the upcoming summer. It has been determined necessary to overlay the existing sheathing. The architect is working on finalizing the bid documents. 

North Satellite Bus Facility: The design team, a structural engineer and a hazardous material testing company has completed their onsite inspection and we are awaiting their report on the existing roof condition and scope of the necessary work.
