Requesting Public Records

  • Requesting records from Everett Public Schools is relatively easy.

For student records, please direct your request to the most recent school of attendance. This link to a directory of our schools can help you find contact information for each school. If you don't know, or the school is no longer in operation, you can send an inquiry to LMS@everettsd.org and they can assist you in locating the last school of attendance.

If you just have a question or want information, you can direct your request to communications@everettsd.org and they can assist you further.

For public records not involving student records, we ask that you please complete the Request for Public Records Form, in order to best serve you. Using this form ensures we have all of the information necessary to help facilitate your request and gather the specific records you are seeking.

There are three ways to request records from Everett Public Schools:

    • Email your completed form, or provide all of the information requested in the form in the body of an email to PublicRecords@everettsd.org.

    • Mail your completed form, or provide all of the information requested in the form in written format to the attention of the Public Records Officer, Everett Public Schools, 3900 Broadway, Everett, WA 98201.

    • Hand-deliver your completed form, or provide all of the information requested in the form in written format to the attention of the Public Records Officer, Everett Public Schools, 3900 Broadway, Everett, WA 98201.

For further inquiries or assistance, please feel free to contact our Public Records Officer, Wendy Snider, at 425-385-4188.
