Everett Community College (EvCC), located in historic north Everett, is a growing campus with many different opportunities for students. The college offers associate’s degrees in Arts and Sciences, Science, Business, Applied Science, Technical Arts, Fine Arts, and General Studies. Certificates of completion are awarded in more than 30 technical and career fields. Students can also enroll in English as a Second Language, high school completion, and General Education Development programs. EvCC also offers professional and employee training through its Corporate & Continuing Education Center, and more than 25 bachelor's and master's degree programs through seven partner colleges and universities at The Everett University Center.

Youth Re-Engagement (U3) is an Open Doors program that provides educational opportunities for youth ages 16-21 who do not have a high school diploma to earn a diploma and a college degree for FREE. Youth Re-Engagement is a dual-credit program which enables students to work toward the educational goal of their choice, or even multiple goals. Options include:
- High school diploma
- GED
- Associate degree (AA)
- Technical or vocational certificate

The High School Completion program offers the opportunity for students 16 and above to complete the required credits for a Washington State High School diploma. Classes are offered at convenient locations in Snohomish County during the day and the evening. Students 19 years of age or older may qualify for reduced tuition assistance.All prospective students must make an appointment with an advisor and attend an Orientation and CASAS Assessment. The High School 21 (HS21) program is a competency-based program for students with work or life experience that show an ability to perform at the minimum level required for a Washington State diploma. Students enroll in a Portfolio class and write papers documenting their competency in the subject areas needed for a diploma. HS21 is available for students ages 21 and over, and allows students the chance to qualify for significant tuition reductions.All prospective students must make an appointment with an advisor and attend an Orientation and CASAS Assessment.
