The third party appraiser has determined the value of the property at $1,200,000. The PSA goes to the board for approval on August 27
The UW is reviewing the updated appraisal.
The district has completed the updated appraisal. The new appraisal has been presented to the UW for review.
The district is updating our current appraisal. Discussions with the UW continue.
The UW has received their appraisal. The valuation of the 10 acres is $1.5 million. The district and their representatives are evaluating the appraisal.
The district sent updated Purchase and Sale Agreements to property owners.
The district is preparing undated Purchase and Sale Agreements and offer letters to distribute to the property owners.
Project update from May 2017 to April 2018
The district has narrowed the property search to one primary location composed of about 22 acres on four or five properties, on the south side of Strumme Road east of Sunset Road. The district has offered purchase and sale agreements to these property owners although at this time none of these have been accepted. Appraisals are being updated in anticipation of submitting one more round of purchase and sale agreement offers. The property acquisition team continues to develop site plans for the property.
