The punch list has been written and was delivered to the contractor. The final commissioning report is being developed.
January 4, 2022
The boilers were successfully replaced over the winter break. Test and Balance, punch list, commissions and close-out remain to complete.

A detailed plan is almost complete for the boiler replacement to take place over winter break.
November 1, 2021
We are monitoring the existing boilers and new pumps to make sure the school gets heat. The plan remains to replace the boilers over the winter break.
October 4, 2021
The pumps have been replaced and are running with the existing boilers. The new boilers have been received and are scheduled to be replaced during winter break over the holidays.
August 31, 2021
Boilers are supposed to ship from the east coast on 9/15. We are looking at plans to replace the pumps and related hydronic components in early September to simplify the remaining boiler replacement work, which will be scheduled once we get confidence in their on-site date.
July 2, 2021
The project kick-off meeting has taken place. Lead times for the boilers and pumps are longer than expected with product projected to arrive in mid-August. The team is preparing a schedule to support this timing.
June 2, 2021
The Letter of Award has been sent to the low bidder, Pipe Construction, along with a contract for signature and request for other documents needed to start the project.
May 13, 2021
The progress drawing set is expected to be submitted for owner review on 5/17/21 in preparation for the issuance for quotation on 5/20/21. Potential Small Works bidders have been notified of the coming project.
April 28, 2021
The designer is scoping out the project and has provided a ball park estimate.
