Beginning March 1, 2021, Everett Public Schools outdoor facilities will be available for scheduled use after school hours by a wide variety of community groups in accordance with the district’s Fee Schedule 6115S and school Board Policy 4333 and Procedure 4333P. This includes athletic fields, playfields, tracks, covered play areas, playgrounds, and play equipment; and it also allows unscheduled, occasional use of outdoor facilities by any group. Grass fields throughout the district may be closed at certain times when undergoing regularly scheduled grounds renovation activities such as aerating, thatching, fertilizing, and overseeding.
Facility users must comply with all health department or governmental requirements related to COVID-19 regarding group size, personal protective equipment, social distancing, and other requirements. The District reserves the right to deny or cancel a facility use request if such users fail to comply with applicable requirements.
Everett Public Schools indoor facilities will remain closed to community use until further notice. This closure is expected to remain in place until district program use of these spaces resumes, and until the district determines it can provide the necessary level of cleaning and sanitizing without jeopardizing custodial services for its own programs.

It is important to review Procedure 4333 prior to requesting facility use.
Seasonal athletic facility use requests are not scheduled through the online scheduling system. Instructions and all forms needed can be found on the Athletic Field/Gym Seasonal Page.
Facility use should be requested no later than two weeks prior to your desired use start date, to allow time for processing.
Everett Civic Auditorium facility requests are required no later than 60 days prior to the intended use.
