Welcome to Grades and More. This webpage provides access to important academic tools at Everett Public Schools. It brings together the key platforms that support student progress and student learning in one easy-to-navigate place.

Here, you will find information and links to four essential resources: ParentVUE, StudentVUE, Canvas for Students, and Synergy. Each plays a unique role in helping students succeed and keeping families connected every step of the way.

StudentVUE: How students access their school information — grades, attendance, schedules, and more

StudentVUE is how students access important school information. Through this platform, students can easily view their calendar, schedule, gradebook, and report cards to stay informed and organized. Current students should log in with their student ID and district password. New students must first sign in on a district-issued device to activate their account before accessing StudentVUE. ParentVUE: How parents/guardians access their student’s school information — grades, attendance, schedules, and more

ParentVUE is how families access important school information for their student(s). Families can view attendance, schedules, grades, and more.

The first step is to set-up your ParentVUE account.

New families who created their Enrollment Online accounts will log in to ParentVUE using the same username and password for Online Registration.

Returning or previously enrolled families will need to contact their neighborhood school to activate their ParentVUE account. The school registrar will send the activation link to the email address on file.

Check your inbox for an email from Synergy Mail (synergy@everettsd.org) with the subject line "EPS New Student Info System Login."

Follow the instructions provided in the message. Check out step-by-step instructions for activating your account.

If you don’t see it in your inbox, check your junk or spam folder. Still can’t find it? Open a Help Desk ticket to request a ParentVUE activation code.
The difference between ParentVUE and ParentSquare
Canvas Student: Where students access their course materials, submit assignments, etc.
Canvas equips teachers and students with a dynamic, easily accessible content portal. The course structure allows teachers to pull together a wide range of instructional, assessment and feedback tools to engage students in individualized, small group, and whole-class learning.

Staff and students use their ID#@apps.everettsd.org as the username and their computer/Learning Management System password. Parents have a unique Parent Canvas URL to view their children's course content, assignment scores, and teacher comments.

Steps for loading Canvas Student App
1. Download Canvas Student App from phone's store
2. Open and select Find my school
3. Type in the district: Everett School District 2
4. When the name appears in the search field select.
  The screen may go white while the application loads.
5. Log in using your student ID and district password

Synergy: How district staff enter and access student information
Syngergy is the Student Information System (SIS) used by Everett Public Schools. A SIS is a program schools use to keep track of important school information. A SIS helps with things like:
- Signing students up for school
- Assigning them to teachers and classes
- Storing medical and academic information
- Managing other day-to-day school data
- It also connects to other digital tools we use, like Canvas, Clever, iReady, and Panorama, so everything stays up to date.
